Fall is the one you don’t want to miss: gutters that go into winter packed with leaves hold water against the roofline through every freeze-thaw cycle, and that’s how small clogs turn into fascia, foundation, and ice problems. Spring clears out what the cottonwoods and a winter of storms left behind.
While we’re up there, we’re also looking — loose hangers, separated seams, downspouts that don’t drain where they should. You get told about anything we find while it’s still a cheap fix, and photos of the finished result either way, so you never have to take our word for it from the ground.
