Being specific about this matters, because "window cleaning" means different things to different companies and the gap is where people feel cheated.
- Included as standard: exterior glass, cleaned streak-free and spot-free, with the frames and sills detailed so the window looks finished rather than wiped.
- Available on the same visit: interior glass, screen cleaning, window track detailing, and hard water removal. These are add-ons rather than things we include quietly and charge for.
- Never a surprise: we may suggest an add-on when we see one worth doing, but nothing lands on your invoice you didn't say yes to.
Exterior glass is cleaned with water-fed poles rather than by hand, which is what lets our team reach second and third-storey windows safely from the ground and finish them spot-free. Frames and sills are cleaned too.
How your price is worked out
Two things move it: how many panes you have, and how many stories the home is at its tallest side. A pane is each separate piece of glass, so a window with a top and bottom section counts as two — which is why an older home with divided windows can price differently from a newer one of the same size.
We do not price by the hour and we do not price by square footage. Our team confirms the exact figure after a look at the home, and quotes are free. If a regular schedule suits you better than a one-time clean, the Ember Plans bring the per-visit price down.

Every visit covers your exterior glass with the frames and sills detailed. Want the inside done too? Just let us know when you book or when we arrive — we clean interior window glass on request, right along with the outside.
Do you move furniture for interior cleaning?
We work around it and protect everything under the glass.
Do you offer interior cleaning too?
Our standard visit is a full exterior clean — glass, frames, and sills. Interior glass is an easy add-on whenever you want it; just ask and we’ll handle inside and out on the same trip.
