How we wash
Pressure washing done wrong leaves wand stripes, etched concrete, and shredded flower beds. So we start by matching the pressure to the surface — concrete can take more, pavers and siding need less — and anything that shouldn’t get blasted gets pre-wet and shielded before we start. Then it’s slow, even, overlapping passes until the whole surface reads as one clean color, and a final rinse that leaves nothing behind but wet concrete.
Utah is hard on flatwork: freeze-thaw winters, canyon dust, and a season’s worth of de-icer all grind into the surface, which is why a driveway darkens so gradually you stop noticing. Most homes are shocked by the before-and-after — it’s the fastest visual upgrade we do.
Booking tip: pair it with a gutter clean-out or an exterior window clean and handle the whole outside of the house in one visit.
