Window cleaning in Bountiful, Utah

Valley-view glass on the bench, cleaned safely from the ground.

5.0 on Google — 70+ reviews and counting Licensed & Insured 7-Day Rain Guarantee on Quarterly & Monthly plans Family & Locally Owned in Salt Lake City

Bountiful sits just north of Salt Lake City in Davis County, and the homes that define it are the ones on the east bench — built facing the valley, with the big windows to match. That view is the whole point of the house, and it is also the first thing to disappear under a season of dust and pollen.

Those bench lots are steep. A ladder on a hillside is a bad idea at the best of times, which is why most of the upper glass we clean in Bountiful is done from the ground with water-fed poles instead.

Why Bountiful windows get dirty

  • Mature trees. The established streets here have full-grown canopies. Pollen in spring and sap through the summer both land on glass and both set harder the longer they sit.
  • View windows are large and exposed. A big pane facing the valley catches everything the weather carries, and there is nothing above it to shelter it.
  • Hillside lots make height a safety problem. On a sloped lot the second storey can be a full extra level above the downhill side, which puts that glass well beyond where a ladder belongs.

Plans and pricing in Bountiful

Pricing follows your pane count and the height at the tallest side, and a bench home is usually more glass than its footprint suggests. Quotes are free.

  • Ember BiAnnual — from $225/visit.
  • Ember Glow Quarterly — from $175/visit. Most Popular.
  • Fire Monthly — from $145/visit.

See the full plan details. Twice a year is the published baseline; a home under a full tree canopy does better on a shorter cycle, because sap caught the same season is far easier to remove than sap left to harden. Here is what the manufacturers recommend.

Frequently asked questions

Can you reach the upper windows on a hillside lot?

Usually, yes — that is what water-fed poles are for. They let our team clean high glass from the ground rather than putting a ladder on a slope. If a window genuinely cannot be reached safely, we will tell you that rather than improvise.

Do you come up to Bountiful from Salt Lake County?

We do. Bountiful is outside the Salt Lake Valley but well inside the area we serve, and it is a short run up the interstate.

Will cleaning help with the sap our trees drop?

Yes, and timing matters more than people expect. Fresh sap comes off far more easily than sap that has been through a summer, so if your trees are dropping now it is worth booking sooner rather than waiting for the fall.
