Do we have to sign anything to try you?
No. The first service comes with no agreement so you can see how our team works and how we fit around your hours. Commercial property moves onto a 12-month agreement after that if it is a fit.
Can you work before we open?
That is how most of our commercial route runs. Storefront glass is best cleaned before customers are walking through it.
We manage several buildings. Can you quote them together?
Yes — that is a normal request and usually a better result for you, because a route of nearby buildings is more efficient for us than a single stop. Send our office the addresses and they will scope it as one job.
Do you do the inside of office glass too?
Interior glass is an add-on rather than part of the base quote, and on offices it is often worth it — interior partitions and entry doors show handprints far faster than exterior glass shows dirt.
